Those who have too much stress are often unable to perform at their best at the crucial moment. Factors that increase pressure in studies include, for example:
- increasing pressure to perform
- a multitude of examinations and certificates of achievement
- time and deadline pressure
- financial burdens
- family obligations
However, we can learn to deal with such stressful and nerve-racking situations in a more relaxed, secure and healthy way. The health insurance company Techniker Krankenkasse supports you in this with the seminar "TK-MentalStrategien", a stress awareness program designed especially for students.

- Start 27.10.22, end 01.12.22 (6 sessions)
- One full-day session on Saturday, 05.11.2022, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
